Before you rely on our Service, go through these terms with care.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
Capitalized terms in this agreement carry fixed meanings, spelled out in the list below, and those meanings hold whether a term is singular or plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

- Country refers to: United States
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to [company], [address].
- Device: a computer, cellphone, digital tablet or any other gadget that can open the Service.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Terms and Conditions (“Terms” for short) refers to this page, which is the whole agreement between you and the Company about using the Service.
- Third-party Social Media Service covers any content or service from an outside provider (data, information, products and the like) that the Service may show, include or make available.
- Website refers to [company], accessible from [domain]
- You refers to whoever is using the Service: the individual, or the company or other legal body on whose behalf that individual is acting.
Acknowledgment
What follows is the agreement between you and the Company that governs this Service, setting out the rights and duties every user has while on it.
Accepting and following these Terms is the condition for using the Service, and that goes for every visitor and user, whatever their role.
The moment you access the Service, these Terms bind you. Disagree with any of them, and you are not allowed to use it.
You state that you are over 18. Nobody younger than 18 is permitted on the Service.
A second condition of use is that you accept and follow our Privacy Policy. It describes what personal information we collect on the Website, how we use and disclose it, what privacy rights you have and how the law protects you, so please read it before going further.
Links to Other Websites
You may find links here to websites or services run by others; the Company does not own or control them.
We cannot control what those sites publish, how they treat privacy or how they operate, and we accept no responsibility for any of it. You further agree that we are not liable, directly or indirectly, for damage or loss that results, or is said to result, from using or relying on content, goods or services available through them.
Whenever you visit an outside site or service, read its terms and privacy policy first; we strongly recommend it.
Termination
Your access can be suspended or cut off right away, with no prior notice and no liability on our part, for any reason at all, a breach of these Terms included.
After termination, you lose the right to use the Service on the spot.
Limitation of Liability
Whatever damages you may suffer, the most the Company and its suppliers will owe under these Terms, and the only remedy available to you, is the amount you actually paid through the Service, or 100 USD if you bought nothing through it.
We and our suppliers owe you nothing for consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any sort, to the fullest degree the law permits. Examples are lost data or other information, lost profits, personal injury, business interruption, and loss of privacy linked to the Service (using it or being unable to), to third-party hardware or software used with it, or to any provision of these Terms in any other way. This applies even where we or a supplier were warned that such damages could happen, and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Because some states forbid limiting liability for consequential or incidental damages, or excluding implied warranties, some of these limits may not hold for you. In those states each party’s liability is capped to the greatest degree their law allows.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service comes to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, faults, defects and all, with no warranty. To the extent applicable law permits, the Company, acting for itself, its Affiliates and their licensors and service providers, rejects every warranty regarding the Service, be it statutory, implied, express or otherwise. Included are implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, along with any that could come from usage or trade practice, course of performance or course of dealing. Nor does the Company promise or represent that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve intended results, work with other applications, software, services or systems, run without interruption, hit any reliability or performance standard, or be error free, or that any defect or error can or will be corrected.
Beyond that, the Company and its providers make no promise of any kind, express or implied: (i) about how the Service works or whether it is available, or about the information, content, materials or products on it; (ii) that it will be free of errors and interruptions; (iii) that information or content provided through it is current, reliable or accurate; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, its content or e-mails sent by or for the Company are free of malware, worms, trojan horses, viruses, scripts, timebombs or other harmful components.
Where local law protects consumers’ statutory rights or forbids excluding certain warranties, some or all of these exclusions may not cover you; even then, they apply as far as that law will enforce them.
Governing Law
The laws of the Country govern these Terms and how you use the Service, leaving aside its conflict of law rules. Your use may also fall under other international, national, state or local laws.
Disputes Resolution
Got a complaint or dispute about the Service? You agree to contact the Company first and try to settle it informally.
For European Union (EU) Users
Consumers in the European Union keep the protection of any mandatory rules in the law of their country of residence.
United States Legal Compliance
You confirm and guarantee that (i) you are not in a country under a United States government embargo or one the same government has labeled as “terrorist supporting”, and (ii) your name does not appear on any federal list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
An invalid or unenforceable provision gets reworded and read so it still meets its purpose as far as the law allows, while every other provision keeps full force and effect.
Waiver
Except where stated here, not acting on a right, or not insisting that an obligation be performed, never costs a party the chance to do it later. In the same way, letting one breach go is not a waiver of the next.
Translation Interpretation
Translated versions of these Terms may appear on the Service. If a dispute arises, the original English version is the one that counts.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
These Terms can be modified or replaced at our sole discretion at any time. If a change is material, we will make a reasonable effort to announce it at least 30 days before it takes effect; whether a change is material is for us to decide.
Continuing on the Service once the revised Terms apply means you accept them. If you reject the new terms in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
